Half Term incentives mean you're getting the best out of employees whilst they're driven to work towards spending some quality time with their family. So where could you send them and their families? We've came up with a list of 5 places of different price ranges, to suit all ages!

Centre Parks

With 5 locations across the UK, each one brings something unique. Let your you and your children's discover your inner adventurer with up to 200 outdoor and indoor activities including tree-top adventure courses, cycling, golf, inflatable fun on the aqua park and more! There are plenty of things for the parents to do whilst the kids are enjoying a group lead activity, such as Bollywood dancing, Fitness classes such as boogie bounce, boxfit and boot camp circuits. If you want some down time, then you can spend it at the Spa or the subtropical swimming paradise. After a fun-filled day, families can retire to a range of accommodation from woodland, exclusive, executive and waterfront lodges and even tree-houses, some accommodations are complete with a hot tub, sauna and games room for a real chilled out evening, or for simplicity hotels and apartments are available.

Alton Towers
Enjoy an adrenaline fuelled break with a short break at Alton Towers, one of the UK's most popular theme park. With a mix of rides it's the perfect setting for some family fun, popular rides include Nemesis, Oblivion, Thi3teen, Smiler and all NEW the Wickerman. Now don't worry, it's perfectly suited to smaller children with CBeebies Land so everyone gets to experience the fun! There is a also a range of accommodation to suit your stay, from the CBeebies Land Hotel, Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel or Enchanted village woodland lodges and treehouses! If the weather stays as glorious as it has been then Alton Towers waterpark is a fantastic spot to cool down and boasts rides such as Rush & Rampage, Flash Floods and The Master Blaster. For a calmer experience you can enjoy a lazy river, or the Volcanic Springs heated pool.

Legoland

For younger ages, Legoland can give you the ultimate LEGO experience and adventure. Located in Windsor, Berkshire, there are over 55 rides and attractions, children can climb through treetops to escape fearsome dragonsm ride the rapids, and join divers on an underwater discovery of the atlantis submarine voyage, and you can enjoy the UK's only LEGO Star Wars Model display. The LEGO adventure can run on into the night with themed hotels such as the Castle Hotel, and the Resort Hotel where you can pick themed rooms! 80 Million Lego bricks have gone not the creation of this park, not including the Lego in the biggest Lego shop in the country.

Eden Project
Located in Cornwall, this is one place where parents can continue to inspire and educate their families. Here you can learn about the relationship between plants and people, explore and experience different climates first-hand. Don't miss out on the zip-wire which is the longest in England as 660m, allowing you to soar across the biomes at 20mph. If you don't want to leave, then you don't have to as an on-site hostel and campsite is available! Who wouldn't want to explore the sights, smells and sounds of a tropical rainforest? The restaurant here is Mediterranean themed, you can enjoy this in the heart of the Mediterranean Biome, for a romantic setting you can even enjoy an evening meal here.

Disneyland Paris
Of course, we have saved the best, and most costly until last – but come on, it's so worth it! Walk into the Magical Kingdom where fairytales can be found across 5 lands filled with classic attractions, shows and parades, you can awe at an unforgettable firework display and lights over Sleeping Beauty Castle. Attractions range from Indiana Jones and The Temple of Peril to Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain. At the Walt Disney Studios park you can discover the secrets behind the magical movie and television scenes. Keep an eye out for numerous Disney Characters walking around, from Princesses to Mickey Mouse! There are numerous hotels that you can stay at for a short break, which are accessible by shuttle bus or a short walk!

At a Glance

It's now half term and perhaps like you, your colleagues are running out of things to do with their children, after all, 6 weeks is a big gap to fill. Work/Family balance could be hanging up in the air, but if you give your employees something to work towards that could help with their half term dilemma then it's a win-win situation.
