Employee Recognition Programme

Re-launched with A&I's recognition solution in 2016 the programme supports online and offline nominations. All offline employees receiving printed personalised cards. A fully automated system congratulating nominees, thanking nominators and informing the recipients line managers for each nomination. Using employee hierarchy data to send targeted and relevant communications at the click of a button.

A&I heavily support the ongoing communications programme sending managed e-comms and provide full management reporting to show trends and engagement.

Exceeding our stretch target for nominations made in 2016 the programme has been a fantastic success.
