An essential requirement for the Sector's Chief Executive Officer is to bring together the company's top 100 employees to review the success of the business in the previous year and to focus them on the forthcoming year, whilst also sharing his targets and challenges. This annual conference is held in order to facilitate this. The client has occasionally been able to broaden the event agenda to include a variety of activities.
The event is simultaneously used to host a gala dinner in celebration of colleagues who have been nominated for internal recognition awards, also managed by A&I Events.
Success inspired positive messages and goals to be shared amongst the client contingent, and for them to leave the conference feeling determined and driven to motivate their teams to achieve the company's objectives. For A&I Events, it reinforced our rapport with our client, and illustrated the significance of the annual event, with the client confirming it again for the following year.
