Customer Loyalty Programme
A&I developed a tiered customer loyalty scheme following 4 years of short-term incentives. The scheme runs through a device responsive website. The loyalty programme is open to all customers and offers a range of rewards, benefits and special offers to it's members.
A tiered membership structure opens up more rewards and benefits based on customer spend.
The programme is now in its second year with over 35,000 members and the results have been extremely promising with Juice members generating a higher contribution than non-members.
